RENTAL OF THIS FACILITY REQUIRES THE COMPLETION OF THE FACILITY CLEANING AND DAMAGE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM ON YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Cancellations - meeting rooms/ parties cancelled the day prior to the rental will be authorized a household credit for rental and sales tax that will be applied to the household’s RecDesk account (excludes non-refundable debit/credit card processing fee) to be used for a future rental

All rental hours include setup and clean up time. No early arrival is authorized.

It is the responsibility of all renters of WCPRD facilities to read, understand, and abide by all WCPRD rules, regulations, policies both posted in/at facilities and on WCPRD website, including WCPRD Code of Ethics and Damage Assessment Policy.
