Old Alvaton Gym

May be rented as gym court only. Rentals for meetings or parties may be charged the party setup fee + additional tarp fee if needed. Fee charges will be determined by staff based on requirements for rental. Facility cleaning form must be signed and valid cc put on file in case of damages. The cc will not be charged w/o prior notification.
There are no bleachers on site.
Available: 15 tables and 140 chairs available.
Old stage area has sink and refrigerator only.

RENTAL OF THIS FACILITY REQUIRES THE COMPLETION OF THE FACILITY CLEANING AND DAMAGE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM ON YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Cancellations - non-peak hour court/batting cage prior to the rental, peak hour court/batting cage 4 hours prior to the rental, and meeting rooms/ parties the day prior to the rental will be authorized a household credit for rental and sales tax that will be applied to the household’s RecDesk account (excludes non-refundable debit/credit card processing fee) to be used for a future rental

Peak hours are Mon - Fri 5:00pm-8:00pm, Sat/ Sun 1:00pm-6:00pm

All rental hours include setup and clean up time. No early arrival is authorized.

It is the responsibility of all renters of WCPRD facilities to read, understand, and abide by all WCPRD rules, regulations, policies both posted in/at facilities and on WCPRD website, including WCPRD Code of Ethics and Damage Assessment Policy.
